If you and your soon to be spouse are looking for a place to go on your honeymoon, here are some hot honeymoon destinations for you to check out! Let’s face it; honeymoon destinations are essential because it’s your honeymoon, and you should be able to enjoy yourself as much as possible. There are many different reasons people book honeymoon vacations, but the main reason is that couples want to spend quality time together. Here are the top recommended honeymoon destinations for couples to consider:
Napa Valley has long held the title of being one of the most incredible honeymoon destinations in America. It has been the place for many a couple to take their romantic getaway. It’s no surprise that couples from all over the world flock to this area of California. Now, you can even take advantage of the fabulous weather in Napa Valley. I just recently took a trip to Napa with my fiance, and it was terrific!
Couples interested in a beach honeymoon should consider staying at one of the many excellent resorts in this beautiful region. One of my personal favourites is Sonoma Inn Sonoma Coast resorts. Not only are they highly recommended by many people, but they are also located right on the beaches. The best thing about Sonoma is that there are tons of things to do around the beach, including shopping, winery tours, art galleries, and so much more!
If your new spouse are interested in exploring some of the other beaches and seaside resorts in and around Napa, there is no shortage of those, too. Some of my personal favourites include Sapphire Springs in Redwood City, which is just 2 hours from Napa; Crystal Cove at Point St. James, closer to San Francisco; and Cabo, which is right off the coast of Baja California, Mexico. With all these resorts to choose from, there is no doubt that every couple will find an alternative that fits into their honeymoon plans perfectly.
Of course, there are plenty of other places for honeymooners to go when they are on vacation in Napa Valley. Of course, I think that there is no denying that the Napa Valley region of California is simply perfect for families. Whether you have children or not, Napa will make the ideal vacation for those parents with young children. You will find beautiful activities for the children to keep them occupied while the adults can relax at one of the beachfront restaurants.
Couples on vacation for business might also want to consider staying close to the airport. With that said, the West Coast is undoubtedly one of the top honeymoon destinations. The San Francisco International Airport, is only 30 miles from the main attraction. For those couples flying out of the country, however, the Santa Barbara International Airport is closer and can be arrived by taking a cab. Air travel is also an excellent option for those heading out to the islands. As stated above, Santa Barbara is just an hour away by air and is one of the top Caribbean honeymoon spots in that area.
